Introduction Easy to play: Easy to win: Easy to win Big:
After you have completed your initial betting, click the DEAL button. Both you and the Dealer receive seven cards. All of your cards are dealt face up, while all of the Dealer's cards are dealt face down. If you have placed a bet on Ante and Bonus, you must now decide whether to Call your bet and challenge the Dealer, or whether to Fold your hand. If you click the CALL button or click the Call bet spot on the table, you place a bet equal to your Ante on the Call bet spot. The Dealer's cards are revealed and compared against yours. All winning awards are then paid. If you click the FOLD button, you forfeit your Ante and Bonus bets, and any Bonus Awards you might have been eligible for, but any Jackpot bet is still in play. If you have placed a Jackpot bet, your hand and the Dealer’s hands are evaluated and compared against the Jackpot pay table. If either or both hands contain three pairs or better, you win on each corresponding hand. Please see the pay table for specifics.
If the hands tie, your Ante bet is returned. Your Bonus bet pays whenever you have a three of a kind or better. However, even if your hand is lower than a three of a kind, you can still win your Bonus bet back if your hand is better than the Dealer’s hand. (See Wan Doy Pairs Poker Hand Rankings for more details on how best hand is determined.)
Select a chip value by clicking a chip at the bottom of the playing field. The chip you select is displayed in a raised position. To place your bet, click the appropriate bet spot on the table. Each time you click, you place one chip on the table. Each bet must be at least as large as the table minimum limit and cannot exceed the table maximum limit. If you choose to place an Ante and Bonus bet, your remaining balance must be large enough to place a Call bet equal to your Ante bet. To remove a bet before the cards are dealt, press and hold the SHIFT key and then click the bet. To remove all bets, click the CLEAR button. To place a Call bet to challenge the Dealer's hand, click the CALL button or click the Play bet spot on the table. A Play bet is equal to the value of your Ante bet. If you wish to repeat your last bet after completing a game, and have sufficient credits, click the REBET button. This will restore your previous bets. If you wish, you can adjust your Ante and Bonus bet and/or your Jackpot bet. You still need to click the DEAL button to initiate play. The DOUBLE BET button doubles your currently placed bets every time you click it. If doubling your current bets would exceed the table maximum limit, then the DOUBLE BET button will not be available. If you click the DOUBLE BET button when no bet is placed yet, this is equivalent to first clicking the REBET button and then the DOUBLE BET button, and will result in the placing of a bet that is twice as large as your prior bet. You still need to click the DEAL button to initiate.
Hand Name Description
If the two hands have the same type of outcome (for example, if both hands are Pair + Pair), the stronger of the outcomes wins based on the stronger card rank. The Ace it the strongest rank, followed by the King, Queen and Jack, and then by the numeric card values from 10 to 2.For outcomes comprised of different sized matching sets (4 of a kind and 3 of a kind, 4 of a kind and a Pair, 3 of a kind and two Pairs, 3 of a kind and a Pair), whichever hand has the larger rank for the largest number of matching ranks wins. For example, a Q Q Q 3 3 2 2 beats a 9 9 9 7 7 5 5, because the 3 of a kind Queens in the first hand is of higher rank than the 3 of a kind Nines in the second hand. For outcomes comprised of two or three same sized groups of matching cards (two Pairs, three Pairs, two 3 of a kinds), the groups are compared starting with the highest matching rank in each hand. If these are the same rank, then the next highest rank is compared. For example, a QQ 99 33 beats a QQ 88 44 because while the Queens are of the same rank, the first hand’s next rank is higher than the second hand’s next rank. Only matching cards count in Wan Doy Pairs Poker. If the matching groups in two hands are all the same, then the two hands are considered a tie, even if one has higher “singleton” cards than the other. This also applies when neither of two hands have a single pair – these are considered tied, even if one hand has higher singletons than the other hand.
Malfunction voids all pays and play. Awards are shown in credits. Folding your hand results in forgoing any Bonus award. |
